Sardaarji 2 will be the Most entertaining film of the year says Director Rohit Jugraj

Known for his undivided professionalism and hardwork, Rohit Jugraj is the most loved and popular directors from the industry today. Starting his career as an Assistant Director, he has achieved a major success in the industry. In an exclusive interview with Mousumi Paul from PollywoodBoxOffice.com, Rohit spills some beans on his big movie releasing tomorrow I.e. Sardaarji 2.

1. What are your expectations with Sardaarji 2 since Sardaarji 1 was a massive hit earlier?

I have super huge expectations this time as well. I know the audience will like it. I am very excited to see my audience’s feedback.

2. You have set many movie locations in Australia. How hard was it to shoot there?
It was tremendous fun while shooting in Australia. Of course, there will be hick ups here and there but then we have to make it, right? The movie shoot went smoothly.

3. You have worked with both Pollywood’s biggest stars i.e. Gippy Grewal and Diljit Dosanjh. Who do you find is a better actor?
Well, both have their own stardom. It clearly depends on the subjects. Now, Diljit fits into certain characters aptly, like he does for Sardaarji. And Gippy has a clearly different spark. So, you can’t compare them both. They both have achieved great success already so there is no question of comparing them.

4. Would you like to tell us about your upcoming projects?
I have 2 Hindi films in pipeline, one of which is with Sanjay Dutt. I also have one massive Punjabi film coming soon.

5. After all the controversy with ‘Udta Punjab’, what is your take on the entire issue?
I just loved the film and the controversy. Diljit did an amazing job. I think Punjab needs to get riddened off drugs. The movie touched my heart.

6. How excited are you about working with Sanjay Dutt?
I am very excited. I love him since when I was a child. It is actually a dream come true. I can’t wait to work with him.

7. Coming back to Sardaarji 2, you have two actresses in the movie i.e. Sonam Bajwa and Monica Gill. Amongst them, who do you like the most?
They bonded very well. Normally, you would see cat fights happening but here, the scenario was different. They both coordinated so well.

8. In how many screens, will Sardaarji 2 release?
It will be releasing in more than 3,000 screens. The movie is produced by Manmord Sidhu and Gunbir Singh Sidhu.
