This Sardaarji is Breaking Records
With a record breaking opening ‘Sardaarji’ has created a new record in Pollywood. Written by Dheeraj Rattan and directed by Rohit Jugraj (man behind Jatt James Bond) the film stars Diljit Dosanjh, Neeru Bajwa, Mandy Thakar and Jaswinder Bhalla in the lead roles. Produced by Gunbir Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu under White Hill Production it is a first fantasy film in Punjabi language.
The story revolves round the catching up the ghost by the hero who later falls in love with the so called bhoot. The film is all about laughter and simple humour and one need not apply the brain to understand the story as it goes with a flow.
Though at some points story falls apart but with a wonderful direction and Diljit’s acting skills it carries on well. Not even a single scene goes when people forget to laugh. Diljit has once again proved that being a good singer he is a wonderful actor too and can easily carry a film on his shoulders alone. He has the skill to tickle the funny bones of his fans.
His wonderful chemistry with Neeru Bajwa, as seen earlier, has proved that they are one of the best pairs in the industry. But This time Neeru’s role is on and off, she comes and goes for long time and have only few dialogues to speak. While Mandy Thakar seemed as beautiful as always. She is the third angle in this triangular love story. Though she had a pretty face but it just can’t be enough. She had worked better than her earlier films but still needs to work more on her expressions. Talking about Jaswinder Bhalla he is as usual good in his short and sweet role. The music is nice thanks to the music director.
Sardaarji is totally a family movie and would definitely be loved by all age groups, especially children who  love to live in fantasy world and try to fulfill dreams just like the hero of this film Does .. the Sardaarji way!
