Savita Bhatti is exploring herself as an actor

Savita Bhatti, wife of late comedian Jaspal Bhatti, is exploring herself as an actor and would soon represent herself in a new avtaar. “I am exploring few things and discovering myself. If it works you will see new Savita,” she told the Pollywoodboxoffice.com.
Savita said that normally directors and producers don’t approach her for serious roles. “They think that I just can do the comedy and no other role so they maintain distance,” she affirmed and added, “I am not a 16 years old girl who keeps running for grabbing offers. We are know for certain kind of work and will continue to maintain what Jaspal ji has done.”
Following the path of her late husband Savita said, “Journey is very difficult as of now as we have lost our support system and we are trying to get upto that. We are currently working on a script that had been written by Jaspal ji. But it was his thought and we need to work hard so that we can reach his caliber how much time it may take, we are not in hurry.” “We will work according to Jaspal ji only and don’t need to prove ourselves,” she affirmed.
Savita has also started writing. “Jaspal ji always use to ask me that I should write but I took things for granted. But now I do write ‘Ulta Pulta’ column (started by Jaspal) in certain daily newspaper,” she signed off.
