The Punjabi music and film fraternity is in deep mourning following the tragic passing of popular singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda, who succumbed to injuries sustained in a road accident. The 35-year-old artist had been on life support at Fortis Hospital, Mohali, since September 27, after meeting with a serious motorcycle accident near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
According to reports, Rajvir was riding towards Shimla when his motorcycle collided with stray cattle, causing severe head and spinal injuries. Despite intensive medical care and prayers from fans across the globe, he could not recover and breathed his last on October 8, 2025.
