Punjab’s Superstar Diljit Dosanjh Plays A Cop In Udta Punjab
Punjabi actor-Singer Diljit Dosanjh who is a rage back home is creating quite a buzz in the industry ever since he has signed the much-talked about film – Udta Punjab, which marks his debut in Bollywood.
Diljit is paired opposite Kareena Kapoor in the film and will be seen playing a cop in this gritty thriller directed by Abhishek Chaubey, the film also stars Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
The talented actor who was last seen in the National Award winning film – Punjab 1984 is excited about his Bollywood venture and is already impressing his co-stars and director with his work.
Diljit Dosanjh got the world dancing to his popular numbers like ‘Patiala Peg’, ‘Dance With Me’, ‘Singh Naal Jodi’, ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya’ etc and today is one of top leading artists in the Punjabi Music Industry. Furthermore, the singer-actor has also carved a niche for himself in the Punjab Film Industry with his performances in films like Jatt & Juliet and Punjab 1984.
