It is an extremely itchy and contagious disease that is caused by little parasitic mites that attach to the skin characterised by red itchy bumps on the body, inside of the wrists, groin, and areas between the fingers , this disease is passed on by touching or by sharing clothes.

Fortunately, this disease is treatable.

It is a bad idea to cut corns yourself, especially those suffering from diabetes.

The different types of corns are –

Hard corns – They are small concentrated areas of hard skin up to the size of a small pea.

Soft corns- they are whitish and rubbery in texture and appear between toes where the skin is moist from sweat, or from inadequate drying.

Seed corns- they occur either singly or in clusters on the bottom of the foot.

Vascular corns- these corns will bleed profusely if they are cut and zan be very painful.

Fibrous corns- They appear to be more firmly attached to the deeper tissues than any other room.

It is advisable to consult a doctor for corn removals also apply padding or insoles to your footwear to relieve pain.

This unfortunate condition is both smelly and uncomfortable causes by a fungus, This infection causes a red , scaly moist and itchy rash that starts between the toes and grows to cover the entire sole of the foot.Summer Monsoon Air is an ideal time for it to grow.

To treat this condition , you need to do the following- ‘ Firstly air out your feet Remove sweaty socks immediately and let dry off your feet. Try to wear open Sandals so your soles don’t get it moist, Also , apply an anti-fungal powder or cream in the morning and evening to the area to eradicate the infection, a gentle massage too will play the trick to Relax .
