Love to be real: Gauhar Khan
Actor Gauhar Khan is happy the way her career graph is going on. Thanks to her debut in Pollywood her fan following has increased and this is one of the reason she had been appointed as the brand ambassador of Videocon Telecom for northern region. Stepping into the shoes of actor cum singer Gippy Garewal, Gauhar is too excited to promote the product with which she had been associated since childhood. “This is one of the brands that I had grown up with. This is my win. I am too excited as I would be entering homes through their commercials and hoardings.  Also would be visiting Europe as a performer with the Videocon team this summer,” she affirmed.
Explaining about her stint in the reality show, Bigg Boss season 7 winner said that one should   always show its original side and not the fake one. “My fans liked me in Bigg Boss as they were able to see real me,” she mentioned.
This Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 3 – first runner-up is very passionate about dance as she says that it is the dance that keeps her fit.
Gauhar gets upset when she sees that celebrities are targeted for promoting certain brands.  “Endorsing a brand does not mean that celeb would go to the labs and check the products. Their job is just to ensure that the product reaches the target consumers,” she mentioned and added, “I am certain I made the right choice.”
 Gauhar is also enjoying her stint with Punjabi film industry and is working hard to have a grip on her language. Though her debut film ‘Oh Yaara Ainvayi Ainvayi Lut Gaya’ did not leave the expected mark in viewers mind but she is happy that her work was appreciated. “I am happy that people liked my work which inspires me a lot,” she said and added, “Talks are on for few of the projects but it would be too soon to speak about them. For me the length of character doesn’t matter but it should be a great role.”
Her next Hindi flick goes on the floor this August and the shoot for an item song will be held next week. She is also planning to launch her show on TV where she can explore more of herself.
