Ankit Tiwari to pay a dancing tribute to Shammi Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor and Mithun Chakraborty at IIFA
After his successful debut US tour, Ankit Tiwari is all set to rock IIFA! The new age composer-singer is geared up to do something he hasn’t attempted on stage before.
The in-demand singer has come up with an interesting plan. Besides performing on his chartbusters, Ankit will be seen giving tribute to the veteran dancing stars of Bollywood including Shammi Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor and Mithun Chakraborty among others at IIFA Rocks ceremony.
A source informs, “Ankit’s performance is going to be the highlight of IIFA Rocks ceremony as the audience will see him in a never-seen-before avatar on stage. He has specially worked on the tribute creating a nice fusion including a bunch of popular numbers of Shammi Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor and Mithun Chakraborty. He’s a huge fan of the actors and came up with the idea.”
