Kuljinder Singh Sidhu is all excited about his upcoming film Shareek for which he feels would prove as a landmark in his career.
“It is a story of four brothers who fight over with each other over property. It’s totally a family drama with action,” he told Pollywoodboxoffice.com and added, “The film is inspired from true events of property disputes which happens very regularly in Punjab.

The businessman turned actor loved acting since his college days but never got a chance to act. “My friends use to make fun of me when I used to tell them that I want to become actor,” Sadda Haq fame actor said. “I did my degree in mass communication from Jalandhar and also completed masters in English literature. There I joined a theatre group and reversed for sometime but had very bad experience,” he affirmed and added, “Thereafter I did anchoring for Doordarshan for four to five years but couldn’t get satisfaction out of it. Thus started add agency and property investment along with a friend. After saving some money we produced a film named ‘Mini Punjab’ with Gurdas Maan in lead role. I wanted to be part of the project but the director refused to take my audition, casting me was a distant dream. Though the film flopped it also killed my dream and I came back in business again which reached the heights.”
“This gave me a confidence again and decided to produce ‘Saada Haq’ with myself as a lead actor followed by ‘Yodha’. And there was no looking back since then,” Kuljinder mentioned.
About his experience of ‘Shareek’ he stated, “I refused the film earlier but it was the director and Jimmy Shergill who convinced me to do the role. The film is slated to release next month.”
Other than this Kuljinder would be seen in Shyam Benegal’s movie ‘Jung-E-Aazadi’ and some Bollywood projects are in pipeline. He signs off!
