Juhi began yoga almost 10 years ago, with her teacher Phiroza who was into Iyengar yoga. Though the actress wasn&#8217;t very comfortable with it in the beginning, with time the actress started loving yoga.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I would feel light, clear headed and rejuvenated at the end of each session. And now I&#8217;m hooked! While earlier it was once in a ten day session, now its atleast 3-4 times a week that I have to do yoga! Yoga transforms you &#8211; your mind, body and your whole connection with the world. So I was thrilled when I heard about international yoga day on the 21st of June! 21st June is also the longest day for the nothern hemisphere,when the sun is on the horizon for the longest time! Its a remarkable day as it almost compliments the idea that yoga is the sunshine in your life. If you have it with you, your going to be shining!&#8221; said Juhi.<\/p>\n<p>In the next few years, Juhi plans to open her own yoga center over a 20 acre family property just outside of Mumbai by the riverside. The center will be one of therapeutic healing and yoga practices by the lovely river. People can learn organic farming, pottery, yoga aasans, and more at this yoga haven of Juhi&#8217;s along with rejuvenating and relaxing at the center.<\/p>\n<p>Juhi is hoping that the universe
