The four minute film was formally unveiled and premiered at city based Mickey Singh\u2019s Fitness and Dance Studio Academy &#8212; Library of Sound &amp; Dance (Studio X).<br \/>\nMickey who has acted in two Punjabi Films namely &#8216;Jatt James Bond&#8217; and &#8216;Saadi Love Story&#8217; has designed the concept and acted as Charlie Singh in the film. \u201cWe have created a character \u2018Charlie Singh\u2019 who has Bhangra in his blood &amp; wants to use the pulsating Punjabi dance form to create happiness in the World around him,\u201d he said.<br \/>\n&#8220;The film is quite different as it does not have any dialogues and the medium of communication is certainly is music and \u2018Bhangra\u2019,&#8221; Mickey affirmed and added, &#8220;This is the first in a series of short motivational films planned on dance. We plan to make five more such films before embarking on making a full scale on the theme of dance with the main character being \u2018Charlie Singh\u2019, &#8220;Neeraj Punj, Producer of the film said.<br \/>\nThe film is directed by Abhey Singh, who also owns the Production Company \u2013 The Bleeding Nibs.
